With limited budgets, SMEs often do not have an established consumer insight feedback loop which would allow them to stay on top of how well their customers think they are performing, and how competitive they are in comparison to other players in their respective industry segments.
Institute of Service Excellence (ISE) at Singapore Management University (SMU) and Enterprise Singapore have developed an affordable pilot platform for getting customer insights. As a SRA member exclusive, ISE is looking to make the trial platform available to 30 fashion apparels and shoe retailers on a complimentary basis for a 6-month period (Jan-Jun 2019).
